Thank you for sending me the Drain Cleaner.
A few safety pages in English were found within the packaging but no user's manual.
I thought a user's manual was supposed to be part of any type of electric/mechanical product sold in Australia by default. Maybe it got lost during transport.
Or you might have a downloadable one available from the internet? Or you might have a YouTube video?
Also, the technical/specs information on the unit are in Chinese.
I would be very grateful if you could supply me with all the relevant and necessary type of information relative to your product in English. @MAILWAITING
